While in HWH’s kitchen training program, students are given professional instruction over 4 months of training and appretenceship. During that time, they’re planning, prepping, cooking, and managing large volumes of food on a daily basis. We run our program out of the Ft. Logan Eatery, where prepared food is sold to the public.

ServSafe Certified
All of our graduates are ServSafe Certified through the Culinary Quickstart Program – a 4 week curriculum that covers basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, allergens, time & temperature, cleaning, and sanitation.
