Looking for a way to help the Denver homeless population in a powerful and lasting way? Housed Working and Healthy can use your help! We’re a locally-based charity dedicated to helping Denver citizens suffering from homelessness out of their situation.

We believe that anybody with a supportive network and professional training can overcome homelessness. To facilitate that transition, House Working and Healthy provides qualified students the transportation, materials, training, and certification they need to become professionals in kitchens everywhere.

Opening a Door to a Wide-Range of Job Opportunities

Nothing says “fresh start” like a new career with endless opportunities. Through our kitchen professional development program, students can learn knowledge and skills that are transferable to many industries where kitchens are run. These include but are not limited to:

  • Retirement Homes
  • Hospitals
  • Hotels / Resorts
  • Restaurants
  • Institutional Facilities

What Your Donation Does for the Homeless in Denver

While it does cost a hefty sum to run HWH, those costs are dwarfed by the costs of homelessness. Here’s a breakdown of what kind of ROI you can expect!

How Else You Can Help
